Alright, so I’m on Virgin Mobile. Proper now I have the Optimus V, and it can be a quite great telephone, but it can be a wee bit sluggish at moments (Angry Birds lags on increased ranges, and my SNES emulator has audio hiccups when also a lot of results go at as soon as. It also lags a little bit with messaging sometimes). Anyways, I are living in hickville, Indiana, so the 3G services below is comprehensive crap. But I get it if I go up North to the nearest town, and it actually functions pretty well, but I’ve seen that it isn’t anywhere around as quickly as my other friends’ 3G. I am guessing that is since the Sprint Network sucks, but could the cellphone have something to do with it?
So Virgin is advertising and marketing the Motorola Triumph now, and it’s obtained a 1GHZ processor with 512MB of RAM. My Optimus V is 600 MHZ, and I can’t figure out what the RAM is (it can be not 160MB, that is the actual internal storage). Anyhow, would buying the Triumph by any opportunity increase my Info speed in regions with Good coverage? I recognize the processor has absolutely nothing to do with that, I just believed maybe obtaining a “greater mobile phone” could get me “greater reception” if its antenna is greater or something. As far as the processor goes, will the further 400MHZ make a distinction? Really should I make the leap?
Oh, and they’re each simple core. Nonetheless, 1GHZ appears considerably better than 600MHZ to me. I believe.

wait two weeks or a thirty day period following it comes out so then you can watch youtube movie to see how everybody like it or not just in scenario its not this sort of a great telephone.

Your signal has nothing to do with the phone’s quality. In terms of build quality the optimus v is very solid. If you want a better experience with your phone I suggest rooting it and installing a custom ROM. I have done it with mine and love it. Much faster, and better battery life with it overlocked to 806Mhz (speeds vary from phone to phone, because no one processor is exactly the same). The Motorola Triumph will be a great phone, but be prepared to spend at least $ 300 for it. There are also rumors about needing the $ 60 plan in order for it to activate on the account (Sprint doesn’t want to compete with themselves right?). All in all try tinkering with your phone. You’ll probably fall in love with having complete control and did I mention the optimus v is (probably) the best phone to learn to root? It’s practically impossible to brick this phone.
im getting it when it comes out ( provided it doesnt cost too much). i had thought about getting the Optimus V Heard it was a great phone for price and plan but the battery life sucked and no mobile hotspot. The Triumph has one along with a bunch of other features. as far as reception i think its less to do with the phone and more to do with where you live and and the phone company. i would think if you just got a different phone but didnt change the phone company or area you live you’ll still have the same reception.
